Travix

Travix is a multi-tenant SaaS accounting platform for travel agencies and growing businesses. It pairs a full double-entry engine (chart of accounts, vouchers, approvals, period close and financial statements) with the workflows agencies run every day: multi-service travel invoices for airline tickets, hotels, visas, insurance and Umrah, plus refunds, ticket voids, commissions and agency-style day, cash and bank books.

The story

Why Travix exists

Everything financial resolves to one immutable ledger. Each tenant's ledger is a tamper-evident SHA-256 hash chain. Posted vouchers are never edited, only reversed. Reports come straight from the ledger, so the P&L and the daybook always agree.

Travix is positioned like QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho Books, with the travel depth those products lack. The interface is modelled on Stripe, Linear and Notion rather than legacy ERP screens.

Before Travix

The problem it solves

  1. 1

General accounting tools don't understand PNRs, ticket voids, airline refunds or per-passenger visa lines

  2. 2

Travel back-office tools often lack real double-entry, so books are rebuilt in a separate package at month-end

  3. 3

Supplier and customer ledgers never match, and reconciling them line by line takes days

  4. 4

Multi-currency sales (PKR, USD, SAR, EUR) create rounding drift and FX confusion
